Our innovative approaches make for efficient solutions and machinery that functions reliably, exactly according to customer concepts. That is why our clientele is found in the float glass, coated glass, solar glass and laminated glass sectors and in the automotive industry.
EPS – Economic Powdering System
- Systems for powder application for Float-/Flat glass, Auto glass, Solar glass, Special glass
Ultrasonic Glass Coating Systems
- for inline anti-stain protective coating to protect against corrosion during transport and storage
- for applying thin protective polymer coating solutions to low-E glass
The pastilles are coated with starch in order to achieve an anti-adhesive effect during packaging.
If zinc stearate is applied in large quantities, the film buffer is not necessary after the raw rubber has been processed in the rolling mill (batch-off unit). In further processing the stearin melts during extrusion.
Introduction of an intermediate layer – it is made as thin as possible and the even distribution of powder assists further processing and reduces static charges.
Internal and external coating, e.g. talc or mica to prevent sticking and to improve handling.
A highly efficient charging electrode charges up the material to which powder is to be applied. This ensures that both a sufficient and an even amount of powder is applied.
Applied talc (starch) prevents freshly extruded parts sticking together.
